Returns and Exchanges: Contact our Customer Service: info@tackleconnect.com All returns must Fill out the Return & Exchange form. You can download it HERE CLICK TO DOWNLOAD RETURN FORM. All Returns Must have a tracking number with shipment. All products must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase and in their original packaging. Any items sent back without tracking and lost in transit will not be exchanged or refunded. Insure all returns over $100. Any un-insured product damaged or lost in shipment will NOT be refunded or exchanged. We will do everything we can to make to ensure that your experience with Tackle Connect is positive.

Defective Products: Defective products must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. After 2 weeks the items can be returned to the manufacturer for warranty purpose. Please contact the manufacturer if the item is found defective.

Warranties: All Warranties will be handled by the manufacturer of the products.
